This high quality item was found in the north sea and is in excellent condition, the leg weighs approx 4.5kg.
one end of the leg is hollow, showing the incredible level of preparation and preservation that has gone into this piece. there are a few superficial surface cracks however part of the preparation process uses a plastic resin to reinforce the whole fossil.
